How long does it take to ship an order?
Our standard shipping time in the EU is 2-3 working days.
For orders outside the EU, shipping can take between 2-5 working days depending on your region.
We strive to get your order delivered to you in the fastest time possible, but delays may occur on occasion, should our shipment partners be under strain.

Track & Trace information
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information.
Each shipment has a Track and Trace code, you can track your order with one of our shipment partners. If you have not received a shipment email from us or the order within the stated delivery time, we advise you to contact us.
This can be done via ecommerce@curaloe.com or our contact form. We will deal with your question as soon as possible.
Which payment systems are possible?
We offer express checkouts through Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay.
We accept all major credit cards, iDeal & Sofort.
How can I return my order?
Send us an email on ecommerce@curaloe.com with your order number and we will make the necessary arrangements. Please note that a return fee will be charged, as we are environmentally conscious.
